Ingredients:
5 cups of rice cooked with salt, oil and onion
1 tablespoon of margarine
200 grams of chopped pitted black plum
200 grams of pitted raisins
50 grams of chopped apricot
2 chopped green apples
2 chopped carrots
In a container:
2 tablespoons of oil
½ kilo of skinless and seedless tomato
100 grams of chopped green olives
200 grams of striped ham
1 glass of palm heart (400 grams)
1 can of pea
green smell to taste
1 grated onion
salt to taste.
To cover:
200 grams of provolone or mozzarella.
Preparation mode:
Cook rice with oil, onion and salt (without garlic). Sauté the plum, carrot, raisin, apricot and apple in margarine - all must be chopped (do not use salt).
In another pan, sauté the onion, tomatoes, hearts of palm, peas, olives (those first chopped) in oil and the ham cut into thin strips, turn off the heat and add the green smell.
In a container, make layers starting with rice, then fruit filling, salty filling, rice, fruit filling, repeating the layers again. Place the cheese (mozzarella or provolone, or even both mixed) on the rice, put in the oven to melt the cheese. Serve below.
