What it is to be Comic:

Comic is an adjective attributed to everything that refers to theater turned to comedy.

Normally, comic refers to the artistic genre that entertains and stimulates laughter due to its scenic elements that involve comicity, mimicry and ridicule.

Example: "Renato is known for being a great actor of the comic genre".

The term can also refer to actors who write or act in artwork that is in the comedy genre. they are called comedians.

Example: "That actor is extremely comical".

It may also refer to something or someone that can provoke laughter and amuse a group of people through funny elements.

Example: “Joana recently went through a comical situation. She confused her aunts' names at the family party. Everyone laughed a lot".

The term comic also appears in the expression "it would be tragic if it weren't comical". This expression is said when a person goes through some embarrassing experience or situation.

Example: “Clara forgot to apply deodorant when she left the house yesterday and only finds out about her when she was in the street. It would be tragic if it weren't comical"
