Zumba is a aerobic exercise based on Latin dance moves, such as meringue, cumbia, parsley, reggaeton, between others.

In recent years, zumba has become quite popular in gyms and dance studios around the world. In addition to being considered an activity fitness, zumba is also practiced as a dance style.

The zumba was created by the Colombian choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez, together with the duo of American businessmen Alberto Perlman and Alberto Aghion, founding the company Zumba Fitness LCC., which sells custom branded products and unprecedented training programs around the world.

The company Zumba was founded in 2001, but the dance-training style created by Beto Perez emerged in the mid-1990s.
