Public place means what can be cheated, enjoyed or enjoyed for someone. Broadly speaking, street is a street; a public space address or private.

When filling in data in certain registers and documents, the "street" field must be filled in only with the type and name, for example: Avenida Paulista. If there are no other fields specified for the number and other complements, then the full address must be informed.
In many cases, the street address field should only be filled in with the street name, because there is a specific field where a complement is determined (house, apartment, back, etc.).

It is important to point out that there are two categories of places: public and private. You public places are the vast majority of streets, being a place that can be accessed by any individual. A private street can be, for example, a condominium (a private common area), or a private street.
