The blackberry is a red fruit, but it can vary by species. Some blackberries turn almost black when they are ripe. The blackberry is a fruit that can be grown throughout Brazil, as it adapts well to any type of soil. The mulberry comes from a plant called mulberry, originally from Asia. It has many leaves that provide a very pleasant shade.
The blackberry is a fruit rich in vitamin C that gives the human body a lot of resistance to bones, teeth and blood vessels in addition to preventing against diseases. It is widely used in the treatment of thrush, tonsillitis, bronchitis, hair loss, phlegm, diarrhea and vocal cord diseases.
The raspberry, in turn, is quite confused with the blackberry. Raspberry is a bright red fruit that can also turn almost black when very ripe. The raspberry has a hollow center while the blackberry is a fruit with a homogeneous pulp. To be cultivated, the raspberry needs specific care as the temperature should not be higher than 7ºC.
The raspberry comes from a type of plant that needs to be dismantled and taken to another definitive location for the fruit to be cultivated. It is necessary to use chemical fertilizers to repair the acidity of the clumps. Raspberries have protein, vitamins A, B1, B5, C, calcium, phosphorus and iron. Raspberry is used to treat inflammation such as inflammation of the gums, throat, constipation, rheumatism, liver disease, kidney disease, hemorrhoids, and fever illnesses.
Both the blackberry and the raspberry are used in the preparation of jams, jellies, jams, yogurts, among others. We can see then, that there are visible differences between blackberries and raspberries both in characteristics and medicinal use. But, they can be used for the same purpose in food products.
