Systemic Vision: the analysis of the new times!

Many times while we are studying or even in the periodic meetings of the organizations where we work, we hear about global analysis and the interaction of the whole.

But is it so easy to understand that the best view of a corporation only happens when there is the systematization of allied forces projecting the best functioning of the company?

- It all seems a bit confusing, don't you think?

Let's replace all these terms used above and let's talk about “movement”!

We need movement to give dynamism to internal and external processes; a real example is how our customer needs our proactivity. In fact, they are the ones who make our potentials to be demonstrated and improved, as they lead us to the challenge of having to be “influencers”. They need our persuasion, accompanied by marketing that demonstrates the quality of what we are offering, and that subsequently proves transparency and excellence in corporate processes.

Likewise, we can mention the computerization processes of organizations that grow at a rapid pace unrestrained and are solution catalysts not just for one corporate sector, but for many their! I'm talking about the implementation of facilitating processes that transcend opportunities, in addition to represent the use of tools as a significant transformation in the multiplication of information!

And why use the word “multiply”?

- We know that talking about systematization without addressing the aspect of set, structure and pre-defined objectives is the same as outlining a project that will never get off the ground. Through these factors, we can understand that the coordination of corporate processes should represent how we can handle the flow of information as it turns into tactical needs in context. organizational.

Questions are commonly used:

- How to enforce the company's vision with regard to any decision-making?

- Is the organizational support base commonly evaluated comprising interpreting all organizational processes?

- Is the organizational culture aligned with the perception that your employees have of corporate systems?

Faced with these questions, we can diagnose that it is not possible to move with the necessary dexterity, when we do not know the space where we will act!

When we talk about a systemic view, we must understand that generating information is also spreading it, remembering that the processes corporate projects happen continuously, unlike projects, which are temporary and therefore subject to reformulation and adjustments.

Given these factors, it is not possible to understand organizations as closed systems, as the moment requires practical actions, flexibility of processes and interaction with the whole. There is no systemic view without perception and management of results!

We can even give a basic example:

- Just imagine a speaker addressing the subject of "entrepreneurship" with simplistic explanations about his principles, forgetting, however, to draw parallels or expose aspects that would serve as a discussion on the subject matter? What's the use of having a booklet of concepts if we don't know how to apply them!

- What would it be like to live in a world with a lack of innovative, creative or determined people to reach pre-defined goals? Would it be possible for us to live in this black and white movie?

Really no! In fact, predictability is not part of the chain of possibilities that represent the exercise of flexibility, always remembering that employees must represent the main investment resources of the organization, assuming that the results are determined mainly by the way your human capital is conducted in the understanding that your interests are aligned with those of your company.

We can't talk about priorities if we don't think about the “people” who make up organizations in the first place; in the same way that we cannot talk about strategies without mentioning decision making!

There is no sustainability without training, development and changes based on continuous improvement!

There is no systemic vision without dynamism, collectivity and breaking paradigms!
