What to do with used batteries?

What to do with so much battery after your periods of use? We know that these materials are dangerous because they are rich in heavy metals, and when discarded they can leave their contents exposed to the environment. The damage is not momentary, it worsens for many years, as heavy metals are bioaccumulative, that is, they are not degraded by nature.
Follow the steps below and prevent harm to humanity:
• Do not dispose of used batteries with the rest of the garbage;
• Separate batteries in closed containers;
• Find the proper deposit for this waste or send it to the manufacturer.

Do not stop now... There's more after the advertising ;)

Container suitable for used batteries.

If there are no deposits like this in your city, write to the mayor, and if necessary, to the state and federal deputy, in short, to someone who can demand the implantation of this type of garbage.
Another procedure that helps prevent toxic waste at home: When buying toys, avoid battery-powered ones.
