In this recipe, the chicken can be substituted for other ingredients, such as braised ground beef, cooked green corn, cheese cubes, vegetable cubes, in short, use your creativity mixing ingredients that the children like the most.

Chicken Muffin Recipe

Ingredients
1 egg
5 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of oil
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup wheat flour
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 teaspoon yeast
1/2 cup of shredded chicken (without squeezing the cup)
Parmesan cheese to taste

Preparation mode
Beat eggs, milk, oil and salt in a blender. Add the flour mixed with the cornstarch and yeast and beat using the pulsar key, just until the ingredients are incorporated. Transfer to a bowl and mix the chicken and whatever else you want.
Place in molds and bake at 180ºC, for about 40 minutes, until golden.

- Use measuring spoons to ensure equal measures of liquids and flours.
- Makes 5 standard cupcake size muffins.
