According to the Portuguese language grammar, we must use the grave accent (backtape)as an indication of hours.
See the examples:
we will return at 14h.
At seven o'clock starts my shift.
I count on you today at 8:30 pm.
Rule exceptions: When NO use the grave accent in the hour code:
There are five prepositions that do not allow the use of backslashes for the indication of hours: "until", "after", "from", "between" and "to".
