Air Crisis and Flight Controllers

Flight controllers are tasked with managing air traffic both in space and at airports. They are instructors and informers for the pilot so that he can fly the plane without the risk of colliding with another aircraft or obstacles near the airport. They are trained in São José dos Campos with civilian training and in Guaratinguetá with military training.
Currently, air traffic is close to becoming a meltdown. There are researchers claiming that if nothing is done, the collapse will appear within three years. The responsibility of this professional is quite big and any failure results in tragedy. According to them, it is too much responsibility for little pay, in addition to being subjected to failures and lack of job security.

Do not stop now... There's more after the advertising ;)

The harmed in this story are the passengers who, even though arriving five hours in advance at the airports, do not can board, what remains is to wait, since the problem is much more complicated and deeper than it used to be knowledge.
