Helo!

Another week of social isolation and with thekids no class. So we come back with one more recipe for they do insand period. Taking the child to the kitchen, in addition to being fun and they love it, helps a lot in the acceptance of new foods.

This week's recipe is for Banana Muffin. THEbesides delicious, she is easy to do and it's very versatile. With minor changes, it can be offered to children from 1 year and up to the ones that are allergicTheyes, because she no egg or milk, and wheat can be replaced.

If the banana is ripe and you want to make this snack for your babyê which is 1 year old, just don't add the sugar. the banana well mature is well candy and it already satisfies the taste of little ones who are not yet used to sweetened foods.

Wheat flour can be substituted for oat flour or oatmeal in fine flakes. I usually make this version and the cupcake is delicious too. The more ripe the banana, the softer and easier it is for the child to mash it himself. Take a chance and let your child make this cupcake, you will be amazed by the result, and she you'll be as proud of yourself as Kenji is whenever you make a recipe by yourself and like the result.

Again I prepared a very detailed step-by-step recipe to help the children.

Put the dough in the oven forandheated to 180 °C for approximately 20 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.

The toothpick test is when you put a toothpick in the cake and it comes out clean.
