The habit of laughing exceeds the limits of happiness, as it helps people who have depressive symptoms and panic syndrome. According to researchers, laughter expands the arteries and mental stress constricts them.
Release of air, contraction of the diaphragm and stimulation of the vocal cords are results felt throughout the body, after a good laugh. Various stimuli are perceived when laughing, and these travel throughout the brain, essentially the behavior part which is linked to the frontal region of the same, thus stimulating the motor areas of the face and other parts of the body. Improved neurotransmission balance is favored through the release of endorphins. Laughter can lift people's spirits, self-esteem, and self-love.
The good-natured person finds creative responses when the right side of the brain is stimulated, and it consequently awakens intuition, feeling, perception and sensation.
