Registration for the 12th National Olympiad in the History of Brazil (ONHB 2020) is now open. Team registrations will be received by may 31st, but whoever registers until March 9th will have a discount on the participation fee.

The registration fee varies according to the deadline for registration and the type of school (public or private). Check out:

- From March 10th to May 31st:public school - BRL 58 / private school - BRL 118.
Those interested must form teams composed of a history teacher and three students so that they can participate in the competition. Enrollments can be made by students, educators or other employees of the schools.
Olympics
THE National Olympiad in the History of Brazil (ONHB) is an extension project of the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). The competition is aimed at students and teachers from the public and private network, covering the 8th and 9th grades of elementary school and all of high school.
The teams will participate in six stages online (one week each). The activities will consist of tasks and questions about History, in addition to interdisciplinary themes that can address the areas of Geography, Literature, Archeology, Urbanism and Current Affairs.

1st phase (May 4-9): 11 multiple-choice questions, including an assignment.
2nd phase (May 11-16): 11 multiple-choice questions, including an assignment.
3rd phase (May 18-23): 12 multiple-choice questions, including an assignment.
4th phase (May 25-30): 12 multiple-choice questions, including an assignment.
5th phase: a task.
6th phase: a task.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) and the need for social isolation, the 12th National Olympiad in the History of Brazil was postponed to the second semester. The on-site phase with awards is postponed to 2021.
Approximately 800 competitors will participate in the final stage of the Olympiad at Unicamp's headquarters, in Campinas/SP. The first day will feature a dissertation, while the second will be composed of the dissemination of the result and the delivery of medals.
