Marília Macedo, who is in love with Christmas, has prepared, with great care, easy and tasty recipes to be used during Christmas festivities.
We brought a series of publications with christmas recipes in order to increase your options for starters, main courses and desserts, with more classic and less obvious preparations, thus diversifying your supper of Christmas.
In this post, we brought the recipe for parma ham with melon as a starter suggestion, a little out of the ordinary for most suppers.
Parma ham bruschetta with melon

Ingredients
1 large baguette of Italian or French bread
250g of parma ham
2 slices of melon
1 purple onion
Oil
Black pepper to taste
salt to taste
Arugula leaves to decorate

Preparation mode:
Cut the bread into medium slices and drizzle with oil. Cut the melon and red onion into thin slices. Start by placing the melon slices on the buns, then add the ham and finally the red onion. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 160° for approximately 15 minutes. Decorate with arugula leaves.
Makes approximately 10 small bruschettas.
