1. Chocolate mousse: Joy in every spoonful

Ingredients:

  • 200g semi-sweet chocolate
  • 3 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 box of cream

Preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly;
  2. Beat the egg whites and add the sugar little by little, beating until firm;
  3. Mix the yolks with the melted chocolate and then add the cream;
  4. delicately incorporate the egg whites into the chocolate;
  5. Pour into bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

2. Fruit pavé: colorful and refreshing

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of champagne biscuits
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of cream
  • 2 cups chopped fruit (strawberry, kiwi, mango)
  • Juice of 1 orange

Preparation:

  1. Mix the condensed milk with the cream until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
  2. Moisten the cookies in orange juice.
  3. On a platter, make alternating layers of cookies, cream and fruit.
  4. Finish with fruit on top and refrigerate for 3 hours.

3. Lemon pie: balance between sweet and sour

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of cornstarch biscuits
  • 100g melted butter
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Lemon zest for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Crush the biscuits and mix with the butter until it forms a dough;
  2. Line the bottom of a mold with the dough and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C;
  3. Mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice until it thickens;
  4. Pour the cream over the dough and refrigerate for 2 hours;
  5. Decorate with lemon zest before serving.

4. Milk pudding: a delicious tradition

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • The same measure of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar for the syrup

Preparation:

  1. Caramelize the sugar directly in the pudding mold.
  2. Beat the eggs, condensed milk and milk in a blender.
  3. Pour into the caramelized mold and bake in a bain-marie for 1 hour at 180°C.
  4. Let cool and refrigerate before unmolding.

5. Pan brigadeiro: pure magic

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Preparation:

  1. In a pan, mix the condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan.
  3. Pour onto a plate and let cool.
  4. Make balls or serve hot like a cream.
