Ordinary exterior, extraordinary interior: a house that surprises

She described that the woman and her small dog were boarding, and the dog was apparently uncomfortable, whining.

According to Sara, a flight attendant moved out of the way and warned her that if the dog did not remain calm, there could be implications for the flight.

In response, the woman petted her puppy, who stopped whining, as reported by Price in the caption of her post.

Expulsion from the flight

After all the passengers had seated themselves and the flight was about to take off, a flight attendant instructed the woman to keep your pet inside the carrier, which was located under the seat, as reported by Price.

The passenger followed the instructions, but the dog started whining again as the plane gained speed on the runway.

As a result, the animal's owner leaned over again to caress him through the mesh of the transport box.

As a result, all flight attendants gathered at the front of the plane and made the decision to return to the gate, resulting in the passenger being removed from the flight.

The problem appears to be related to the fact that the dog's owner was allegedly violating the policy regarding the animal's transport compartment, which required the animal to remained closed.

According to the witness's report, the passenger did not open the compartment during that second moment when the dog started whining again.

Despite this, the plane returned to the boarding gate and the passenger, along with her dog, was forced to leave the flight.

In the video shared by Price, the passenger expresses her dissatisfaction by calling a flight attendant “a bad person” and declaring that she will “never fly Southwest again.”

This incident raises questions about the enforcement of airline policies and the way situations involving passengers and pets are addressed and communicated.

The company justified itself

In a statement to the New York Post, Southwest Airlines justified its flight staff's action, describing the dog owner's conduct as disruptive.

A spokesperson for the airline stated that based on initial reports, the customer was not complying with the policy of maintaining the carrying compartment of its puppy closed.

He explained that Southwest Airlines employees receive training to ensure passengers follow company guidelines, and in that specific situation, after the passenger repeatedly refused the crew's instructions, the decision was made to remove her as she was disturbing the flight.
