“I decided to test a more ‘correct’ format, in which the dough complements the filling”, Yara told PEGN magazine.
Traditionally, the sweet does not usually have the fillings well divided. So, even though she had never tried the new technique, the professional decided to record the video and see the results.
During the content, she explains how the new way was created: “I interspersed the two masses, without much of a pattern, just placing one after the other”. Then, she applied the same process with the chocolate and nest cream filling.
It is this innovative process that has been so successful on the web. A confectioner she manages to combine the two masses in such a way that they lie on top of each other, creating an interesting symmetrical pattern.

Confectioner was surprised by the success on the web
The entrepreneur is the owner of the confectionery company Doces da Lore, in the city of Jupi (PE), where she produces various sweets for sale. At her mother's encouragement, she decided to use social media to present some of her work.
The profile was created at the beginning of the year and already has more than 166 thousand followers on TikTok. Furthermore, the video has already reached 7.1 million views, which surprised the professional.
Including the original video ofcake merged only shows the process to assemble it, but not the final result. So, many comments asked her to show off the cut cake to see if the technique worked.
Soon, in another publication, she cuts the ready-made food into several slices and explains that she sold each piece for R$7.50.
