Solar energy is obtained by capturing light and thermal energy from the sun. Solar panels installed on the roofs of homes are in charge of capturing the solar source, hence the name “sun roof”.
Solar energy is a clean and renewable energy source, as it does not end (the sun exists every day). Among the positive aspects of this energy, we can highlight: economy, a safe way to generate energy, it is not polluting, it does not influence the greenhouse effect, that is, it does not aggravate these world-wide problems. All because, during the process of obtaining solar energy, you do not need turbines or generators (which consume more energy and present dangers to those who are operating).
There is only one disadvantage of this energy, its high cost of obtaining it, which makes it a scarce source for the poorest countries like Brazil. The countries that use solar energy the most are Japan, Germany and the United States.
Through awareness, this clean energy source can become more usable, our pockets would be grateful as well as the environment.
