By September 10, managers will have to present an assessment of the current status of the stopped works (unfinished or paralyzed), with a view to their resumption or not, within the scope of the National Pact for the Resumption of Construction. In this case, municipalities with paralyzed works, according to the term of commitment in force, and which do not express interest in resuming (the works), they will not be able to extend the term, and they will have the work cancelled.
On September 30, the deadline expires for managers to register information related to conditionalities I, IV and V (Law 14.113/2020) in Simec (System Department of Planning, Budget and Finance of the Ministry of Education) and qualify to compete for the Complementary Value Student Year for Results (VAAR) of the Union in the Fundeb 2024.
In this regard, the CNM advises managers to carefully read Resolution 1/2023, which concerns the approval of methodologies for measuring conditionalities and indicators of complementation-VAAR 2024.
Questioned procedure – Even with the advance of the deadline, several managers claim that Simec continues to systematically reject the sending of the documents necessary for VAAR qualification, which may impair compliance with the deadlines established in resolution. The situation has been reported by educational managers to the technical area of Education at CNM.
