Making recipes in the air fryer has become a hobby for Brazilians who love eat well without wasting too much time in the kitchen. Thus, several recipes that are part of our daily lives are being adapted.
From french fries to preparing desserts, the air fryer makes possible several dishes and, therefore, it is the product that arrived to stay in kitchens in Brazil.
As this fryer does not use oil, the recipes tend to be healthier for everyday eating. Including, they don't lose flavor or quality in this process.

How to prepare pudding in the air fryer with only 3 ingredients
This recipe yields between 10 and 12 servings and the preparation time is about 1 hour.
Ingredients:
500 ml of milk;
3 eggs;
1 can of condensed milk.
Method of preparation:
First, choose a mold with a hole and caramelize the bottom and sides. If you want, you can add grated coconut at this stage of the recipe. Let the syrup cool down.
Then mix all the ingredients on the list in a container until it is homogeneous. Then, transfer this cream to the pre-assembled mold and cover with aluminum foil.
Now, you just need to place the mold in the air fryer and fill the appliance drawer halfway with water.
Bake the recipe at 180°C and for about 30 to 40 minutes. When the pudding is already firm, you can remove it from the air fryer. If not, add another 10 minutes.
After removing the dessert, let it cool. Then store it in the fridge for up to 4 hours. Remove the pudding from the mold and serve it chilled!
