Hacker Walter Delgatti Neto informed today, August 17, in a statement to the Parliamentary Inquiry Commission (CPMI), that the former president Jair Bolsonaro would have asked him to take over an alleged wiretap against the minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Alexandre de Moraes.
Delgatti, known as the Vaza Jato hacker, also said in his statement to the CPMI that deputy Carla Zambelli asked him to break into a Justice portal to make it clear that the system was fragile. The hacker stated that the invasion would prove that Brazilian electronic voting machines would not be reliable.
The CPMI is investigating the coup acts that took place on January 8, in the capital Brasília. The acts destroyed public buildings such as the STF itself, the Planalto Palace and the Federal Senate.

Hacker x Cracker
As already mentioned above, the hacker does not necessarily commit virtual crimes. Therefore, the most correct term for anyone who works with a computer for this purpose would be “cracker”.
Studies show that crackers would be hackers who use knowledge in information technology, computing and other technologies to illegally invade systems, websites, servers, databases, etc. Crackers would make these intrusions to test the vulnerability of services, but in other situations it would be for some financial or personal gain.
In summary: the cracker would be the “evil hacker”. The expression was created in 1995, precisely to distinguish them from those who would be the “good hackers”.
