- 4 ripe bananas (already with black dots);
- 1 cup of water;
- 1 spoon of carnation;
- 2 spoons of cinnamon powder;
- 1 cup of sugar.
Method of preparation:
The first step is to cut the bananas into small slices and set aside. Meanwhile, put the sugar in a pan over medium heat until it turns into a syrup. After that, add the cinnamon, water and cloves, and mix until it has a liquid consistency.
So, put the sliced bananas in the syrup and mix until they are completely covered. When the bananas turn a dark caramel color, turn off the stove and let them cool. That way, your candy will be ready to be consumed.
2. Pancake Of Banana
One way to diversify your breakfast is by making a banana pancake, which is not only healthy but also super delicious. For this recipe you will need:
- 2 bananas;
- 5 tablespoons of sugar;
- 5 tablespoons of fermented wheat flour;
- 2 eggs;
- ½ cup (tea) of milk.
Method of preparation:
In a container place the bananas along with the eggs and sugar and love them with the help of a fork. After that, gradually add the flour until a unified mass is formed. In this way, put the indicated amount of milk and beat until it is completely homogeneous.
With the skillet greased, put a shell of the dough, let it gold and turn to the other side. Now just put the stuffing you prefer and leave another 2 minutes until both sides are golden.
