In the case of the Pizza Hut Food Court/Express, restaurants in food courts in malls and measuring 50 square meters, an investment of R$ 1.1 million is required.
Thus, the expenses with the work will occupy R$ 500 thousand of the value and the rest will be used with equipment. Lastly, the Pizza Hut Small Box, measuring 50 square metres, operating only for delivery and takeaway sales, costs R$ 850,000. R$ 410,000 will be spent on civil works and R$ 440,000 on installations.

To answer this question, we need to look at a unit's long-term revenue. However, the franchise guarantees a return of between 3 and 4 years, with calculations that point to an average income of R$ 180 to 230 thousand per month.
