Why do some professions allow early retirement?
This benefit is a right of everyone who works or has worked in activities that put your health and physical integrity at risk, due to exposure to harmful agents, such as excessive noise and heat, chemical and biological agents, during a continuous and uninterrupted period, at levels above those established by law.
In order to have access to special retirement, the taxpayer must prove that he spent at least 180 months, that is, 15 years of his professional life in the exercise of some unhealthy activity.
Furthermore, the minimum contribution time in these cases varies between 15, 20 and 25 years, depending on the degree of dangerousness and aggressiveness of the agent to which the worker was exposed during his period in activity.
Professions to retire early – What are they?
1. dentists and nurses
These professionals work exposed to biological agents that are present in the hospital and clinical area and that are highly harmful to health, in addition, they also have constant contact with injuries, medicines, waste, chemicals and material hospital.
2. electricians
