Ingredients

  • 200g pastry dough;
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese;
  • Olive oil to taste;
  • Water.

Use well-braised ground beef with flavorful seasonings such as bell peppers, onions, garlic and cilantro. In this way, it can be the ideal filling for your pastry, and sometimes you already have this option at home ready.

Very traditional, this pizza filling option is ideal for those looking for practicality and a good flavor. For this, you need to have mozzarella, ham, tomato, onion and oregano on hand. So, just leave them chopped and separated to add them to your dough right away.

broccoli stuffing

This stuffing has broccoli as the main ingredient. However, you can season with green, red, and yellow peppers, tomatoes, and extra spices for flavor. You can still put a cottage cheese and make it very creamy.

Creamy chicken stuffing

The classic chicken stuffing could not be left out of these suggestions. For the chicken to be creamy, ideally the tomato sauce and cream are combined to make a sauce for the shredded chicken.

Method of preparation

  1. Open the dough and put the stuffing you prefer;
  2. Use a little water on the edges of the dough to seal well when closing;
  3. Then fold the dough in half to bring the two ends together and close it;
  4. Use a fork to help you and press the edges to close the pastry well;
  5. Finally, brush a little olive oil all over the pastry so that it turns golden when it goes to the AirFryer;
  6. Preheat the AirFryer beforehand for 5 minutes at 180ºC;
  7. Then, take the pastry to fry for approximately 10 minutes at 180ºC, but keep checking the point during this time;
  8. After 5 minutes, turn the other side to brown too.

Ready! Expect to cool down and it's ready to eat!
