The Federal Government has already, for some days, been carrying out the Bolsa Família (BF) payments in July. As stated in the calendar made available at the beginning of 2023, the payment always happens in the last 10 working days of the month.
The credit follows the last digit of the Social Registration Number (NIS) of the beneficiary responsible for the family. In the month of July, the average value of the benefit is R$ 684.17, and will reach more than 20 million families.

This value is slightly lower than that recorded last month (June). However, in July, the value of the gas allowance is not part of the Bolsa Família benefit package — one of the reasons why there was a reduction in average income.
How much do Bolsa Família beneficiary families receive?
Currently, the Federal Government offers, in addition to the fixed minimum amount of R$ 600, the possibility of different family groups benefiting from some additional amounts.
BF now has a fixed amount of R$ 142 per person, except in families with up to 4 people, who continue to receive the fixed minimum. However, families with up to 10 people, for example, can receive up to R$ 1,420.
In addition, the Government has implemented other additional ones, for example:
BRL 150 per child up to 6 years old;
BRL 50 per youth or teenager between 7 and 17 years old;
BRL 50 per pregnant and/or recent mother.

Who can participate in Bolsa Familia?
The current Federal Government has changed the minimum income per person for participation in the social benefits program. Before, the value was R$ 210 per family; now, R$ 218. In addition, there are other criteria to receive the benefit:
Have the family registered in the Single Registry of the Federal Government, with updated data;
Maintain school attendance of children and adolescents between 4 and 17 years old;
Carry out prenatal care of pregnant women;
Nutritional monitoring of children up to 6 years old;
Keep your vaccination card up to date.
July Bolsa Família Calendar
In this month, the benefit began to be deposited on 07/18, starting with NIS 1. This Friday (28), the benefit fell to beneficiaries with NIS 9. The last installment will be deposited next Monday (31) for people with NIS ending in 0.
