Classes are available at course page, at Abeline's address and are aimed at different professionals and students. There are no prerequisites to participate in the course other than registration on the association's website.
According to Abeline, “physical activity during pregnancy is a great combination that can contribute to the health of the baby and the mother, and also reduce the uncomfortable symptoms of pregnancy. Appropriate physical exercise for pregnant women contributes to a healthier delivery and postpartum period and many other benefits.”
