This partnership between the two Swiss companies aims to challenge the limits of using recycled coffee capsules, conveying the idea of circularity in both time and materials. This watch represents a new interpretation of sustainability, giving it new meaning through its creation.

O Hublot Big Bang Unico Nespresso Origin is an exceptional watch from the Hublot Big Bang line, equipped with an automatic chronograph. Its innovative open-hearted design, hallmark of Hublot, reveals the intricate details of the 354 separate components that make up the watch.

A striking feature of the item is its vibrant green color, which highlights the environmental compatibility of the product and harmonizes perfectly with the color of the Master Origins Peru Organic Nespresso capsule. This color choice reinforces the two brands' commitment to sustainability and environmental awareness. Check out the ecological novelty!

How is the new Nespresso watch made with Hublot?

Hublot points out that the watch is a limited edition, with only 200 pieces available for purchase. Its $24,000 price tag is slightly above the average for other watches in the brand's Big Bang Unico lineup.

A special aspect is the way in which the aluminum from used Nespresso capsules is cleverly repurposed. Recycled material is used to manufacture the watch's case, bezel, crown and buttons, which make up its outermost components.

This creative approach results in a unique aesthetic for the watch, which is why the Nespresso logo is featured on the crown, as a symbol of the use of these recycled materials.

Through this collaboration, Hublot and Nespresso demonstrate the potential of reusing sustainable materials in the luxury industry, combining sophistication and environmental awareness.

Where do the leftover coffee come in? Not over yet! As instructed, the fabric wristband is composed of 60% polyester and 40% S.Café, an innovative fabric made by SINGTEX that uses recycled coffee grounds in its manufacture.

According to Hublot, each fabric bracelet contains the equivalent of three Nespresso coffee capsules. In addition, the bracelet features brown thread stitching, reminiscent of the color of coffee, and a black steel buckle with black PVD coating. The fabric bracelet is sold separately for $400.
