The Gov.br portal is part of the Federal Government platform and was launched in 2019. The account offers approximately 3,600 types of online services, with approximately 125 million registered users.
In this sense, this month, access to Gov.br accounts broke a record, with more than 250 million accesses by different audiences, according to data from the Federal Government.

Of particular note this month were consultations on salary bonuses, through the Digital Work Card, Enem results, Sisu and the Central Bank's forgotten money redemption service. In addition to these services, the account also includes Meu INSS, SUS, Fies, Prouni, e-Social, commercial boards, among others.
According to the Secretary of Digital Government of the Ministry of Economy, Fernando Mitkiewicz, the portal Gov.br “is growing, but not only because of this Central Bank policy [of receivables], but because of several others. More and more are demanding this qualification, this safer level of account, so it is a movement that inaugurates a new phase of digital government, public services that are increasingly sophisticated and relevant to the population".
In the month of March, the IR 2022 services, such as the pre-filled declaration, and the amounts receivable from financial institutions at the Central Bank, began to demand the Gov.br account at silver and gold levels, services that require more authentication such as facial recognition and authorization via application. Access is available to all Brazilians at different levels — bronze, silver and gold — according to each user's needs.
According to the secretary, “the silver and gold levels guarantee an additional security factor for these accounts with access to differentiated services, such as querying amounts receivable from the Central Bank, INSS benefits and the pre-filled declaration from the Federal Revenue”, being “an advanced functionality that requires access to information sensitive. You need to have this level of safer account”, he concludes.
