Brazil Aid: increase will take place in October

Through just one program, the Brazil Aid manages to include and attend to social assistance, education, employment, health and income. Regarding management and payment resources, these are the responsibility of the Ministry of Citizenship. Today, the government is finally planning to put the increase in value into practice, directing a bonus from the Auxílio Brasil to those who finally managed to have their portfolio signed. The increase in Brazil Aid

Despite being put into practice at the end of this year, the promise for this change is old, since December of the previous year. With this, the government tries to compensate for the delay, since only those who get a job through the CLT will be paid R$200.00 more. That is, the benefit that was previously limited to R$ 600.00 will now have the possibility of being increased, becoming R$ 800.00 added to the net salary.

When will it happen?

According to the schedule released by the Ministry of Citizenship, the benefit added to the bonus will begin to be made available on October 18 of this year. However, people who follow the development of the process believe that, depending on the result of the first round, this scheduled date may be brought forward.

Does the election result affect the bonus?

All four main candidates for the presidency have already informed that the value of R$600.00 will be maintained. However, they did not make it clear to the population what the source of funds will be to maintain the extra value of these installments, which leaves us in doubt about this issue.

How many people will benefit?

The folder gives a payment forecast, and says that at the moment there is a number of 30,000 active workers listed to receive this bonus. However, the number of workers eligible for this benefit actually exceeds 200,000 people, creating a contradiction.
