The new lottery has been in effect since May 2, after the publication of the Secretariat for Evaluation, Planning, Energy and the Pasta Lottery in the Federal Official Gazette (DOU), made on April 18.
Operation of the new lottery
The +Millionaire lottery will use indications from 1 to 6 numbers in matrix 1 and up to 2 numbers in matrix 2. Thus, there will be draws held every week, but the date of the first draw has not yet been announced.
In addition, the minimum prize will have the value of 10 million reais. However, the odds individuals have of reaching eight figures are far from easy.
Still according to the ordinance, bets called “stubborn” will also be allowed, which consist of repeating the same prediction recorded in a given match for a limited number of consecutive and continuous matches, starting from this.
As usual, bets can be placed at lottery houses or through the official website, www.loteriasonline.caixa.gov.br. In addition, it is possible to play through the Caixa lottery application.

Unlike the Mega-Sena, the +Millionaire is not cumulative, therefore, if there are no winning bets in the first tier, the accumulated value will be used to form the first tier prize for games subsequent.
If there is no winning bet in the second bracket, the accumulated amount will be added to the allocated amount in the third band and distributed proportionally to the holder of the winning receipt, and so on until the fifth range.
However, according to Caixa, if there is no award for the seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth bands, each accumulated amount will be used to form the prize for the first band of the subsequent contest.
