Green and Yellow House Program
The main objective of the program is to integrate low-income families into the context of cities. Therefore, the Government guaranteed that the idea is to prioritize urban centers when building these properties. With this, the State ensures that this portion of the population has direct access to public services in the city, such as universities, hospitals, job options and specialization.
The works must take place from a partnership between the federal, state and municipal bodies. In this case, the municipalities and states must collaborate with the provision of space for the construction of popular houses, while the financial resources are mostly from the federal government. Furthermore, it will be the state or municipality that demonstrates interest in developing the program in its territory. Therefore, it is an initiative that needs mutual help.
