Financial institutions and companies are willing to negotiate the debts of thousands of Brazilians, precisely because the first installment of the thirteenth salary has already been paid, so many have made the decision to start the next year with the CPF free of restrictions.
Thousands of discounts have been extended
The end of the program was scheduled for December 5. That is, last Monday. Now the new date to complete the agreements has been extended to December 23rd. Serasa pointed out that negotiations this year are due to several facts: payments can be carried out by PIX, the name is instantly free and the high percentage of discounts being offered. They can reach up to 99% of the debt amount.
Data indicate that about 68.39 million Brazilians have restrictions on the CPF. Only this year, 411 thousand more people had a dirty name. This number of defaulters implies a deficit of BRL 295 billion in debt. On average, the amount owed by these people is R$ 4,300.
The agency also reported that this was one of the main reasons for this extension, as thousands of Brazilians may have the opportunity to get rid of these accounts. The attempt is also valid to contain the advance of indebted people in the country.
Participating in the 2022 Clean Name Fair
Around 260 companies are offering discounts at the fair: retailers, banks, universities and telephone companies, among many others. Check if there are debts in your name through one of the Serasa channels:
