application process

  1. Log in to the “My INSS” app;
  2.  Click on “Agendamentos/Requests”;
  3.  Select “New Application”;
  4. Choose the desired service;
  5. Select the “Update” option;
  6. Check or modify contact information;
  7.  Click “Next”;
  8. Enter the required information.

It is worth mentioning that it is necessary to have the CPF of all family members with you. If you are applying for a member of your family, you must provide proof of guardianship or legal representation.
