Students from PUC and FGV in São Paulo reported problems during the tests. Platforms ended up hurting candidates for vacancies in the month of November, which is very problematic and unfair.

At PUC-SP, a candidate revealed that she was running for a place on the international relations course. When it was time to complete the essay, the candidate was hampered by not being able to deliver the test, even solving all the other questions. According to her, nothing she tried to write on the test was saved. She pointed out that she spent a great deal of time talking to tech support. Even though she requested repair, nothing was done.

In the essay, the candidate wrote less than was necessary for the test and was harmed. The candidate had already passed the test when she was still in high school, as a trainee. This time, her name was not on the approved list. The candidate also revealed difficulties in obtaining answers about the situation and decided to file a lawsuit to be able to take the university test.

Later, PUC-SP informed that no technical problems were reported to the university.

At FGV-SP, in the test held on November 14, candidates had problems with the writing test.

In response to Folha, due to what happened, the FVG-SP pronounced itself saying that it monitors the candidates through cameras on computers and that there is monitoring of inspectors also in the remote method. The tests are duly recorded for the safety of the university and the candidate himself.

“In its online entrance exam, FGV uses the internationally recognized online exam platform, which has the most modern and strict fraud prevention mechanisms, with the use of artificial intelligence that identifies, for example, the use of a cell phone by the candidate”, informed the team.
