Many houses have a great story behind their construction, but which are often not even noticed by recent residents. Thus, these “mysteries” are only partially discovered when some clue escapes. That's exactly what happened to the couple Rob and Gracie Jones, who found a 1950's McDonald's Snack in your home.

According to the couple, it was just an ordinary day when husband, Rob, needed to replace the old toilet paper holder in the bathroom. But what would be just a simple household chore quickly became a potential mystery. That's because, the moment Rob pulled the accessory, he noticed that there was a piece of cloth rolled up inside the wall.
At that moment, Rob and Gracie imagined that a great mystery could be before their eyes. “We wondered if we were about to discover evidence from a crime scene,” says Gracie. However, relief came soon after, when they discovered that it was just an old McDonald's bag.
However, something surprised them, which was precisely the fact that the snack was relatively preserved. In this case, there were two packages, one with a hamburger and the other with fries, both half-eaten. Even so, it was possible to identify that the snack was well preserved.
McDonald's Snack Relic from the 50's
Once they identified it as a snack bag, Gracie and Rob researched the bag's logo online. What was the couple's surprise when they found out that it was the packaging of McDonald's snacks in circulation between the 1950s and 1960s.
As they continued their research, they also discovered that an official McDonald's store existed on the street where they live, and that the construction of the store dated from the same year as the construction of the house. It is certainly quite a story, which the couple must preserve in their memory, although they still do not know exactly what they will do with the relic.
