Ingredients

The preparation of homemade Danete requires few ingredients and they are very common, so that a good part of them you must already have at home, in addition to being very cheap and easy to find in any Marketplace. Are they:

  • 1 liter of milk;
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • 3 ½ tablespoons of cornstarch;
  • 1 box (can) of milk cream with whey;
  • 1 box (can) of condensed milk;
  • 7 spoons (soup) of chocolate powder 70%.

The brands of the ingredients are up to you, and you can increase the recipe for more or less, always keeping the proportion. And now let's get ready.

Method of preparation

Take the milk, condensed milk, egg yolk, 70% chocolate powder and corn starch to the blender. Beat for approximately five minutes until the mixture thickens. Then pour the contents into a large pan and lead to medium fire, stirring a lot until it becomes even more consistent and homogeneous.

Finally, add the cream to the pan still on the fire, and keep stirring for a while, until it's well incorporated. Then just put this mixture in a refractory that can hold all the contents and take it to the fridge. In addition, a super tip that makes all the difference is to sprinkle granulated chocolate or grated coconut over the Danete, to give it that special touch.
