Let's get to the result! The first difference you can see is between the curtain rings, and the second is in relation to the tying them, because in the first image they are tied with a white ribbon and in the second, with a green.
Continuing, the third difference is in the color of the flower vase, being yellow in the first figure and white in the second. Also, notice that in the first image there is a drawer on the table, while in the other figure there is not.
