To find out about non-payment, workers can contact the Regional Labor Offices, or go to the website [email protected] (the abbreviation UF needs to be replaced by the abbreviation of the state of domicile, for example, [email protected]).
For appeal analysis, the average term is 45 days.
But before requesting the appeal, see if the payment really wasn't made in one of your accounts, as currently the amount goes directly into the worker's account.
Those who work in a private company and are beneficiaries of the PIS, the payment always takes place through Caixa Econômica Federal, which makes its payments through a current account, savings account or digital savings account. But in case of impossibility of payment by these means, the amount is available for withdrawal in branches, lottery shops and even self-service. In these cases, the worker only needs to have the Citizen Card in hand.
For civil servants benefiting from PASEP, payment is made through Banco do Brasil, and those who already have a bank account receive a direct transfer to their current account. Those who do not have a BB account need to go to an agency to withdraw the money.
