Delicious raincake recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 and a half cup of wheat flour tea;
- 1 whole egg;
- 4 tablespoons of oil;
- 3 tablespoons of white vinegar;
- 4 tablespoons of sugar;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 1 tablespoon baking powder;
- 1 cup of sugar (for the topping);
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for topping)
Method of preparation:
- First, take a bowl and put the egg, sugar, vinegar, oil, a pinch of salt and mix well;
- Then add the wheat flour little by little and stir non stop until it's uniform;
- When you are going to pour the last part of the flour, add the baking powder together and stir gently until you have a smooth and homogeneous mass;
- Then cut the dough into small pieces and roll up making some equal balls;
- And then, heat the oil and fry the balls;
- Finally, carefully throw the still hot fried dumplings into a bowl with cinnamon and sugar for the topping;
- Your snack is ready!

It is important that the oil is not too hot so as not to burn the outside and the dough to be raw inside. Also, avoid putting too many dumplings at once just to fry, as they can stick.
