salmon sushi recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 sheets of seaweed;
- 2 skinless salmon steaks;
- 3 spoons (tea) of salt;
- 300 g of ordinary rice;
- 3 spoons (tea) sugar;
- 3 spoons of white vinegar;
- Sesame or chia is for taste.
Method of preparation
To prepare sushi, the first step is to cook the rice until it sticks together. For this it is important to add more water and not drain the rice. Then season the rice with vinegar, salt and sugar and let it cool down before adding it to the seaweed.
After, cut the salmon into strips, then cut the seaweed into rectangular shapes. Place the seaweed on a layer of rice leaving one end of the seaweed free. Place the salmon strip in the middle, wrap the seaweed and wait 1 minute. Then, wait for the minute to pass, with a very sharp knife, cut into slices. Ready! Your sushi is ready!
