Ingredients
In this recipe you will need the following ingredients: 2 tablespoons of oat flour; 1 tablespoon demerara sugar, or sweetener; 1 tablespoon cocoa powder; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 egg; ½ teaspoon baking powder; 1 chopped chocolate bar; 2 tablespoons of vegetable milk.
Method of preparation
The first step to making this wheat-free mug cake is to put the cocoa, oat flour and sugar/sweetener in a bowl and mix them well. You will observe that it will be a dry mixture, so after that add the milk, egg and olive oil.
Mix everything very well until the dough is homogeneous and quite creamy. When she gets to that point you should add the baking soda and mix even more. After that, set the dough aside a little and grease the mug that fits in your Airfryer with a little oil.
Before pouring the dough into the mold, you can add some pieces of chopped chocolate bars to make the dough even more delicious. With that, take it to bake at 180ºC for about 15 minutes or until the dough is good. To make the process easier, you can let the Airfryer preheat while making the dough.
After the indicated time, you need to remove the mug from the device. At this stage, remember that the container will be very hot, so the ideal is to use a cloth to remove the cake without any problems.
Let it cool down a bit, pour the hot syrup on top and that's it, your flourless mug cake in the Airfryer is ready for consumption.
