In the case of small businesses that were excluded by Simples Nacional, it is possible to settle pending issues and request re-entry into the regime by the last day of January. But to do so, you need to pay attention to the following factors:

The last day of March is the deadline for submitting the Declaration of Socioeconomic and Tax Information (DEFIS) in relation to occurrences of taxable events provided for in the Simples Nacional, which is the rendering of accounts of 2022.
