Clothes that no longer fit, pieces that no longer match our style, things that no longer match the “vibe” that we want to pass on, that book that the ex gave us as a gift… All these are requirements to send a piece for sale in thrift stores and bazaars.
The big question, in this sense, is that some things are unique and personal, that is, too intimate to be passed on to other people. A simple and economical sale can hide a lot of trouble behind it.

Things to never buy at thrift stores
Check now a list of parts not to buy second-hand:
stuffed animals
Plush toys tend to be fluffy and give the impression of pure grace. However, what could be lurking between the fillers is an entire family of bacteria.
Medicines
It is no surprise that among those listed here are remedies. All medication must be purchased only under medical prescription. Never buy unknown medicines and, mainly, from places that are not authorized for that.
Underwear
Never, under any circumstances, under any conditions, purchase an intimate piece from a thrift store or retail outlets. A plethora of germs, bacteria and even STIs can be transmitted to you without precedence with the use of someone else's underwear.
cosmetics
Despite the packaging seem new or from renowned brands, it is not known what is inside the flasks. You can easily be fooled by a similar fragrance or similar tone to the original products (or even products that are centuries old). When in doubt, it's better to avoid!
Mattress, towel and bed linen
These are pieces of extreme intimacy. The smell, drool and, sometimes, even remnants of a careless pee during sleep perpetuate in the pieces until the last generation of those who used it. Under these conditions, it is not recommended to buy these pieces at thrift stores.
