In addition, according to BC information, approximately 28 million Brazilians are entitled to amounts that are stagnant in bank accounts. Of this amount, 26 million are individuals and the remaining 2 million are CNPJs.
Brazilians will receive the amount via Pix
To check if you have any forgotten value in banks, you need to enter the site of the Values Receivable. After that, the holder's CPF number will be requested, and in the case of a legal entity, what will be requested is the CNPJ.
After logging in and accessing the account, there will be a report highlighting a date so that the applicant can consult the amount to be withdrawn. In order to avoid inconvenience, the ideal is to write down such information.
Thus, when the previously informed day arrives, it will be necessary to access the Amounts Receivable website again. However, this time, login will have to be done with the username and password that is registered at Gov.br.
Afterwards, therefore, the system will show the amount to which the user is entitled to receive, and then just make the transfer request via Pix.
Beware of Scams
Be aware that, like many other government websites, Valores Receivable is also being used in the application of scams. Thus, you need to check exactly which website you are logging in to not be tricked by criminals.
So, to be clear, there is no other site to consult other than https://valoresareceber.bcb.gov.br/, which is the official. In that sense, any other link could be a virus or come from these scammers.
In addition, the Central Bank does not send messages, in addition to not making calls to inform that the citizen has forgotten some money to receive. Therefore, if you receive any of these contacts, do not provide personal information
Therefore, it is recommended never to access links sent via text messages, whether via WhatsApp, Telegram or any other messenger.
