Complaints and negative results
This suspension affects 13 operators that offer a total of 70 health plans. Among the most affected, it is possible to mention Amil, since it had the sale of 45 frozen agreements, that is, more than half of the total affected.
To justify this action, 37,936 complaints were the main cause, since the lack of medical care was widely reported in the period from 1 to 30 June. This record supports the results of the Service Guarantee Monitoring, which is nothing more than the monitoring of access by beneficiaries to the coverage contracted for the second quarter of the year current.

How long will the sale be suspended?
The suspension came into effect from this Friday, 30. Furthermore, the sale will only be allowed again when the listed companies present a significant improvement in their results. This will be seen through the survey for the next quarter. This means that the return of sales depends exclusively on them and their respective responsibilities for providing good service.
