O pix is one of the most practical transfer methods in Brazil and provides the ability to transfer money between accounts instantly, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Also, Pix usually doesn't charge any rate, unlike other methods such as TED.
Starting to be thought of by the Central Bank in 2018, and being made available in 2020, the transfer modality is the darling of the Brazilian population. Meanwhile, not everything is flowers, as there is a situation where you can charge a fee on the Pix.

What fee can be charged on Pix?
The collection of fees can exist only in relation to accounts of Legal Entities, which have the National Register of Legal Entities. The fee can be charged even for Individual Microentrepreneurs, according to the rules.
The fee can only be charged when the Legal Entity account makes more monthly transactions than the free limit. This number is fixed by the financial institution and is different for each of them, but is usually 30 free Pix per month.
