The advance of the 13th for retirees and pensioners

According to Decree 10,999, those who receive pension, retirement, sick pay or imprisonment are eligible to receive the advance of the 13th. In addition, the beneficiary must receive some of these benefits since January of that year.

As for the payment of installments, this should happen at two different times, that is, two installments. In the first, the beneficiary will receive the amount related to half of the benefit. As this will come out with the amount of the regular payment for the month of April, retirees who receive a minimum wage (R$ 1,212) will receive R$ 1,818, given the increase. Even those who receive more than one salary should have a relative increase. The second installment will refer to the remainder of the amount minus the Income Tax installment, if there is a need to pay it.
