Some daily attitudes can help you be more productive in your work and everyday tasks. So, check out three key tips below to change your behavior and be more productive.

It is essential to take this opportunity to align yourself with tasks that require careful cognitive focus. For example, if you're a morning person, think about which tasks require the most significant level of concentration and complete them during those times.

However, avoid scheduling passive tasks that don't require as much focus during this time, such as responding to emails, attending virtual meetings, or checking social media. Instead, reserve these tasks for times when you are least productive.

Use work sprints

Many people are not productive when they stay several hours straight focused on just one task. Thus, for them the energy depletes very quickly and this makes it difficult to concentrate on anything else for the rest of the day. For these people, a good suggestion is to work in sprints.

The Pomodoro Technique, designed by Francesco Cirillo, encourages working in 25-minute sprints. That is, take a five-minute break after that, then come back with another 25-minute sprint, and finally another five-minute break. Do this three to four times, then take a longer break.

Turn off all notifications

Finally, the most useful tip that I'm sure you already know. When you turn off your notifications you can focus more on the task you need to, avoiding distractions that will only slow you down and waste more time.
