Today we have another post from the series of practical, easy, healthy and delicious recipes and their combinations, with the PDF to download and build your personalized book of favorite recipes. Today's recipe is a recipe that is successful whenever I post: cheese muffin.

Cheese Muffin Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups of wheat flour
300 ml of milk
200 g of grated cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup of oil
1 dessert spoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of chemical yeast (cake)
Do not stop now... There's more after the advertising ;)
Preparation mode
Blend everything in a blender and then mix in the grated cheese. Place in the molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Comments:
- Use the grated cheese of your choice. I really like making it with Parmesan cheese, so I don't add salt.
- Can be frozen. Consume within 1 month if stored in the freezer and within 3 months in the freezer.
- Makes 12 standard cupcake size muffins.
- 200 ml measuring cup.
